Day 1 : Fez - Cedar Forest - Ifrane - Ziz Valley - Merzouga (480 km)

After breakfast, departure towards Merzouga, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains with its cedar forest. We will pass through Ifrane, a European-style city. Then we will continue towards Merzouga crossing the Ziz Valley full of palm trees. Arrival in Merzouga very close to the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Merzouga - Kamlia village - Camel ride - Night in the Desert (60 km)

After breakfast, we will set off to discover Merzouga: we will pass through an area of the desert where you can find fossils; we will visit the village of Tissrdmin which has served as the backdrop for several films; we will dive into the black desert with its volcanic rocks and meet a nomadic family. We will also visit the village of Khamlia, famous for its black African inhabitants and music. Return to Merzouga where camels await us for an adventure on the dunes of Erg Chebbi (about two hours). Dinner and overnight stay in a camp with Berber tents.

Day 3 : Merzouga - Rissani - Todra Gorges - Dadès Valley (250 km)

After an unforgettable night on the dunes of Erg Chebbi and in the land of nomads, you will still be able to admire the sunrise. After returning by camel to Merzouga, free time for a bath and breakfast. Then on to Rissani where we will visit the souk (local lively market). We will continue the journey to the impressive Todra Gorges, where palm trees dominate the landscape to the Dadès Valley. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 4 : Dadès Valley - Valley of Roses - Ait Benhaddhou - High Atlas - Marrakech (310 km).</p> <p>

After breakfast, we will set off towards the Valley of Roses to the ksar of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This magnificent sand castle is as if by magic a field of almond trees, so beautiful for its contrast of lights that it was eventually used as a backdrop for more than 20 films, including Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, The Gladiator among others. This Kasbah is a unique example of the intact architecture of southern Morocco. We will then continue to Marrakech, crossing the magnificent High Atlas Mountains and passing through the Tizi n’Tichka road (2260 meters).Arrival in Marrakech.
