Day 1 : Casablanca - Rabat

Reception at the airport. Pass by the Mosque of Hassan II before continuing on to Rabat, the administrative and political capital. Dinner at leisure and accommodation in Riad.

Day 2 : Rabat - Asilah - Chefchaouen

After breakfast, departure towards Chefchaouen, passing through the town of Asilah. Most of the tour will be done along the coast. The first stop will be in Asilah, once a Portuguese city. Exploration of the town. Asilah is known for its annual music festival and art – most of the walls in the Medina are painted by several famous artists from around the world. Visit the beautiful fortress with a wonderful view of the Medina and the ocean. Continuation through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the blue city of Morocco. Dinner at leisure and accommodation in Riad.

Day 3 : Exploring Chefchaouen

After breakfast, departure from the hotel to explore this wonderful city. Chefchaouen is a typical village of a very characteristic white and blue, surrounded also by the green colour of the Rif mountains. Chefchaouen was occupied by Spain, so it has a lot of influence from the Spanish civilization and has a Moorish architecture. In the afternoon free time to wander around the city. Day 4 : Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fez

After breakfast, departure towards Fez stopping along the way to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO world heritage site. Volubilis was founded by the Carthaginians in the 3rd century BC and dominated by the Romans in 40 AD until the arrival of the Berbers in 280 AD. Then we will continue to Meknes, the Islamic capital, famous for its 40 km long wall, Bab Mansour gate, royal palace and Jewish quarter. Visit of the city before continuing on to Fez. Dinner at leisure and accommodation in Riad.

Day 5 : Exploring Fez

After breakfast, departure from the riad to explore Fez, considered the spiritual city of Morocco and the oldest of the imperial cities, founded in 790 by Moulay Idriss II. Fez became the main religious centre of Morocco. We will visit the medieval Medina, the Mederse (the oldest Islamic religious university), Bounanaia and Attarine, the El Karaouine Mosque and the famous Neijarine fountain. We will follow with a visit and walk through the souk, considered the most beautiful and lively market in Morocco, with its famous dyers, blacksmiths and potters. In the afternoon, we will go to a fortress for an incredible panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fez. Dinner at leisure and accommodation in Riad.

Day 6 : Fez - Azrou - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Rissani - Merzouga

After breakfast, we will start travelling southeast to Merzouga via Midelt and Errachidia. First stop in Ifrane, considered the “Switzerland of Morocco”. During this trip you will be able to appreciate the Atlas Mountains with their cedar forests – the largest in Morocco. Stop in Midelt for lunch and continuation of the journey through the famous Ziz Valley. Drive through the Berber villages passing through Erfoud and Rissani. Arrival in Merzouga at the end of the day. Reception at the hotel with a delicious glass of mint tea. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 : Merzouga - Gnaoui - Camel ride - Night in the desert

After breakfast, departure to meet the Gnaoui, a traditional music group, a people of Senegalese origin. Free time. Meeting point at the hotel in the afternoon where the camels await us for overnight and dinner in a camp with Berber tents in the middle of the golden dunes, amidst the stars and the moon and to the sound of Berber drums.

Day 8 : Merzouga

After an unforgettable night in the dunes of Erg Chebbi and in the land of nomads, you will still be able to admire the sunrise. After returning by camel to Merzouga, free time to walk, rest and feel still the desert of Merzouga. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9 : Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dadès Valley

After breakfast, we will set off towards the Todra Gorges. We will make several stops to take photos and enjoy the palm groves, landscapes and typical villages. Visit of the Gorges of Todra, the highest and narrowest gorge in Morocco. Visit of some typical villages. Arrival in the Dadès Valley where you can enjoy magnificent landscapes. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 10 : Dadès Valley - Valley of Roses - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddhou - Tizi n'Tichka - Marrakech</p> <p>

Day 11 : Marrakech

Breakfast at the hotel. The day will be devoted to a guided tour passing by some key places of the city of Marrakech, nicknamed “The Pearl of the South “, founded in the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty. The founders of Morocco left behind many palaces and gardens worth visiting. Visit the Saadian Tombs, the Menara Gardens, the Koutoubia and the Bahia Palace. Visit to the souk and stroll through the streets of the city, where the sceneries are fascinating. Finally, we will also go to the famous Djemaa El Fna square, where the spectacle is permanent: snake charmers, fire swallowers and various types of performers linger in the Marrakech night. Dinner at leisure and accommodation in Riad.
